Our family would like to thank you and your team for not only building our new home, but more importantly, guiding us through the entire home building process.  We have now been in our beautiful home for six months and couldn’t be happier with our investment.

When we decided to move to the Appleton area, we were unsure whether to build or search for an existing home.  During our search, we were fortunate enough to tour one of your spec homes.  Though the layout and location of that particular home wasn’t what we were looking for, the quality craftsmanship in the home was.  We were very interested in learning about any other homes or lots that J&S had plans for.  After meeting with you and walking through what we wanted in a home, you mentioned that you were currently building another spec home that you thought might just be what we were looking for.  That same day we toured that home and knew immediately that “we were home.”  The location, lot, size and layout of the home were very appealing, as was the opportunity to customize the home with the ability to make some changes and pick out the interior.

When we think about the relationship we started with you a little less than a year ago, so many good things come to mind.  While we would like to share them all, there are a few that stand out and are why we feel so fortunate to have crossed paths when we did:

• Your willingness to make some interior construction changes to allow us to customize the home, even though in most cases that meant redoing work that was all ready completed.
• Your patience and responsiveness answering our never ending list of questions.
• Your very knowledgeable team members and sub-contractors that made the interior design decisions much easier than we anticipated.  Their expertise and assistance made the process fun and enjoyable.
• Your on time completion of our home.  Understanding our situation of having to sell and close on our previous home, and agreeing to a closing date that allowed our family to only move once was greatly appreciated.
• Your quality craftsmanship that initially caught our eye was replicated throughout our entire home.  We have had a few minor corrections to the home since moving in, and your sub-contractors resolved them promptly and professionally.

Above all, you made our move to Appleton possible.  We could not have done it without you and your team.  We consider ourselves lucky to not only have formed a strong business relationship together, but a friendship as well.  Thank you again and if there is anything we can ever do for you, please let us know.
